DS200TCQBG2B is an Analog I/O Board developed by GE. It is a part of mark V control system. To control the Gas Turbine, the Mark V Turbine control system employs digital microprocessors. The Mark V Speedtronic Control system includes software-implemented fault tolerance to improve the turbine control system's reliability.

DS200TCQBG2B Features

  • The TCQB contains a programmable logic device and EPROM modules. It also has a side-viewable OK LED, a 50-pin connector, and 15 jumpers.
  • The green LED allows the operator to quickly check the status of the board. If the LED is lit, it indicates that the board is receiving power and is operational. The operator can view the board's operations from the board cabinet on the drive, as well as the operations of other boards in the cabinet.
  • If the LED does not light up, the board is either not receiving power or is not functioning. If you can confirm that the board is receiving power, there are some diagnostic steps you can take.
  • The first step is to use the drive's diagnostic tools. A control panel with a 2-line display and a keypad is included with the drive. The user interface is a menu of options from which the operator can choose. The user can change the drive's operating instructions by editing the configuration parameters.
  • The menu options give the operator access to the configuration sections and make small changes simple. The operator can also use the keypad to run the drive locally. For example, the operator can use the keys to stop, start, or change the direction of the motor.
