DS200TCQEG2A is an LM 6000 IO Processor Board developed by GE under the Mark V series. The R1 core houses the LM 6000 IO Processor Board (TCQE), which scales and conditions extra analog I/O signals. These signals include magnetic pick up, TTL pulse rate inputs, LM vibration inputs, proximitor vibration inputs, proximitor position inputs, 420 mA outputs, RTD inputs, and 420 mA outputs. The STCA board receives data from the TCQE board via the 3PL connector. All LM applications use this board.
LVDT/LVDR Circuit
TCQE LVDT/LVDR Circuit sLinear Variable Differential Transformers (LVDT) or Linear Variable Differential Reactors (LVDR) are used to detect position. The JLL connection is used to read the position signals from the TBQE terminal board. For usage by the Control Sequence Program, these location signals have been scaled and conditioned (CSP). The TCQE also performs diagnostics on these signals. Through the TCQC board, the excitation signals are written to the QTBA terminal board. The LVDT/RÃs are commonly used for regulating servo valve outputs; although these are not associated with the TCQA/TCQC servo systems.
DS200TCQEG2A Proximitor Vibration Inputs
The JQQ connector is used to read the proximitor vibration inputs from the TBQE terminal board. The I/O configuration constants obtained from the operator interface are used to scale, condition, and process the signals. The results are written to the STCA board through the 3PL connector.
DS200TCQEG2A RTD Circuit
The circuitry that feeds excitation to the RTDs from the TBQE terminal board is housed on the TCQE board. When the temperature varies, the resistance changes, causing the voltage on the RTD to change. A constant current is fed through the RTD. The voltage signal is measured, scaled, and adjusted by the TCQE board.
