TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - ds200tctlg1a

DS200TCTLG1A is an LST TMR Reheat Card manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark V Series used in Steam turbine control systems. This board is a part of the protection core and the master trip circuit, and it has three sets of three emergency trip relays in addition to at least two sets of primary trip relays (PTR1 & 2). (ETR1 & 2). While the ETRs are normally under the supervision of TCEA boards, the PTRs are typically under the control of other boards like the TCQA. The turbine will trip if two out of the three relays in this system start to malfunction. It also has four auxiliary control outputs, including an electrical lockout solenoid, an oil reset solenoid valve, a mechanical lockout solenoid, and an oil test solenoid.

Performing the actual electrical Overspeed trip test, the mechanical trip piston test, the actual mechanical Overspeed trip test, the TMR cross trip test, the actual electrical Overspeed trip test (online), the actual electrical trip test, the actual electrical Overspeed trip test (offline), and the emergency over speed cross trip test is the main purpose of this board.
