TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - DS3800NPCG

DS3800NPCG is a Snubber Board developed by GE under Mark IV series. Mark IV regulates temperature, as well as the injection of water and steam. Startup, shutdown, and cooldown are all automated on the Mark IV. The technology automates operations and safeguards both the turbine and its operators from hazards. Both steam and gas turbines are included in this category. Since the late 1960s, approximately forty years, the Mark IV series has been developed and enhanced.

  • The DS3800NPCG is referred to as a "daughterboard." Daughter boards are miniature circuit boards that are joined to a larger circuit board. Adding a daughter board to a bigger circuit board expands the functions of the parent circuit board.
  • The user gets more options for operation with a daughterboard. The board has minimal electronic circuit board components. Resistors, jumper pins, diodes, capacitors, and other tiny components may be found on the daughterboard. Small holes are drilled around the borders of the daughterboard, allowing the part to be screwed to the bigger board.
