TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - DS3800NPSR

DS3800NPSR is a Power Supply Card developed by GE under the Mark IV series. The Mark IV series is used to operate and automate turbines. Two black square-shaped semiconductors are prominently seen on the DS3800NPSR. A white label is attached to each semiconductor.

  • Two medium-sized capacitors are positioned directly above the semiconductors. The designator C is used to identify these capacitors, which are labeled C12 and C2. Below the semiconductors are two little yellow capacitors designated C13 and C3. Two larger yellow capacitors are located beneath these capacitors.
  • The PCB has a long black connector port running along the bottom. The numerals 10 to 80 by tens are labeled on this port. Above the two capacitors, there are two small yellow capacitors labeled C14 and C4. There are many other small components on the top half of the PCB.
  • The capacitors and resistors are arranged in three vertical columns. Two integrated circuits can also be found on the top half of the card. One small black transistor is positioned near each integrated circuit. These two transistors are labeled with the letter Q. One orange light-emitting diode, or LED, is positioned near the top edge of the board. Above the two blue capacitors, there are two small yellow capacitors labeled C14 and C4. There are many other small components on the top half of the board.
  • One orange light-emitting diode, or LED, is positioned near the top edge of the board. Near the LED, four test spots are also lined up along the upper edge of the board.
