DS3800NTEA is a termination board and is part of the GE Speedtronic Mark IV gas turbine control systems. The DS3800NTEA is a single-circuit device. The circuit is a 20-lead tiny outline package with an octal 3-state buffer/line driver/line receiver. It's an EIAJ Type II with a width of 5.3 mm. PNP inputs reduce DC stress on bus lines, and propagation delay periods are typically 10.5 ns inverting and 12 ns non-inverting. Two rows of spare PTH are available on the terminal board. Plated-through holes, or PTHs, allow components to make contact with the board's electrical layers.
The board is made up of fixed vacuum capacitors as well as different types of capacitors. Ceramic-covered metal film resistors are the most common, however, carbon composite resistors have also been employed.
