TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - DS3820MAUD

The DS3820MAUD is a Human-Machine Interface based on a PCB designed by General Electric. It's a gas turbine system component from the Mark IV generation. It has a control panel and this panel connects to the DS3800HMAC PCB. The panel has three cutouts and is labeled DS3820MAUD. Cable A OK, Cable B OK, and Watch Dog Timer OK are the three cutouts.

  • There are additional lines that point to ports that protrude from the panel's edges. These lines are called Cable A, with JB and JC on one end and JB and JC on the other. Cable B is the other line, which is branded JD on one end and JE on the other. At the top of the panel, there are two boxes. JA/Link Controller Connector and JG/Power Connector are the labels on these connectors.
  • Four ports for attaching cables are located on the panel's side. These are the same as the JB, JC, JD, and JE described above. Six screw connectors link the panel to the PCB below these ports.
  • Two pins that slide over two vertical nylon spacers connected to the board connect the rear side of the interface panel to the panel.
  • Six red LEDs are incorporated inside the DS3800HMAC PCB. The cutouts on the panel above correspond to these. One PCB mating connector (218A4837-P12,) a six-pin header, and six TP test points are included on the board. There are ten jumper switches, two transistors, and forty integrated circuits, including crystal oscillators, in this device.
