TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - IC3600SOTD1

IC3600SOTD1 is a GE Fanuc over-temperature board for the turbine control system. The card contains eight potentiometers, commonly known as variable resistors. The amount of energy that can pass through the Variable Resistors is controlled by little screws on the front.

  • These little screws can be accessed through small holes in the card's faceplate. There are fifty-five light blue resistors with various stripes on the board's exterior. These stripes include a color code as well as a calculation for determining the resistance capabilities of each resistor.
  • The PCB is made up of four small silver transistors and five small black transistors. Transistors are used to amplify and change electrical and electronic signals.
  • The board is made up of two square capacitors, four small circular capacitors, three yellow capacitors, two white capacitors, and two black capacitors. Capacitors are used to create electrical fields that store energy for later usage by the PCB. They come in a range of shapes and sizes.
  • The IC3600SOTD1 contains approximately ten small orange and black diodes. A diode allows energy to flow in only one direction, allowing it to control the flow of energy via the circuit board. There are approximately fifty metal male terminal prongs on the board that connect it to the rest of the system.
