IS200BLIGH1A is a Bridge Interface with Gate Driver Card manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VI Series used in GE Speedtronic Drive Control Systems. This module serves as an interface between the turbine's control system and its power electronics, specifically managing the gate drive signals for Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) or other power devices essential for turbine operation. Designed to work seamlessly with other modules like the Bridge Personality Interface or Digital Signal Processor, the BLIGH1A ensures that the IGBT devices receive accurate timing signals, which are crucial for maintaining the proper power flow and overall system stability. This board serves as half of the Auxiliary Genius BUS Interface Module as well as the Auxiliary Profibus-DP Interface Module. Both modules perform the same function: they integrate the drive and the controller but on different types of networks. The configuration of the primary and secondary cards that will complete the module will be determined by the type of network the user is currently using. It features five board connectors.
