IS200DRLYH1A is a Compact Relay Output Terminal Board manufactured and designed by General Electric. It is a part of the Mark VI Series used in Speedtronic Gas turbine control systems. A wall-mountable compact relay output terminal board is called DRLY (not DIN-rail mounting). The board connects to the VCCC or VCRC processor board with a single cable and features 12 form-C dry contact output relays. The larger TRLY terminal board's larger 37-pin cable connector is the same. For a total of 24 contact outputs, two DRLY boards can be coupled to the VCCC or VCRC.
Installation
A metal plate that the DRLY board rests upon can be fixed to a wall using four screws. The terminal blocks' odd-numbered screws are directly connected to the 12 relay outputs by wire. The numbered receptacles on the board can accept the high-density Euro-Block type terminal blocks. For the SCOM (chassis ground) connection, which has two distinct screws on TB2, the distance should be as little as possible.
IS200DRLYH1A Operation
The solenoid source power is excluded from DRLY. Per relay, there is a single set of dry contacts with two normally open (NO) contacts connected in series. Contrary to TRLY, there is no relay state monitoring or onboard suppression. A green LED serves as an indicator for the 28 V dc power that the VCCC or VCRC supply to the relay coils. A yellow LED on the board of each relay shows the voltage across the coil. The relays automatically go into a de-energized state when the control cable is disconnected.
