IS200EBACG1A is an Exciter Bridge AC Feedback Board manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark VIe Series used in distributed control systems. The most modern control from GE for both new and retrofit steam, gas, and hydro generators is the EX2100e Excitation Control. To guarantee the delivery of a real system solution, GE's system and controls engineers closely coordinate the design of the control hardware and software. The Mark VI Integrated Control System (ICS), the LS2100e Static Starter, the EX2100e control, and the human-machine interface (HMI) are all seamlessly integrated. Integration with client distributed control systems (DCS) through ModBus® Ethernet is supported for standalone retrofit applications.
There are a number of setups for the EX2100e control system, giving it flexibility for full static and regulator control. Cells with sizes of 42, 53, 77, and 100 mm are used in Thyristor silicon-controller rectifier (SCR)-based systems to cost-effectively meet field current needs in static applications. Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) are used in pulse-width modulated (PWM) systems to deliver output currents of up to 35 A or 120 A for applications using regulator systems.
