TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - IS200EXHSG1A

IS200EXHSG1A is an Exciter High-Speed Relay Driver Board and is part of the GE Speedtronic Mark V gas turbine control. Solid-state relay drivers, contact inputs, and signal conditioning circuits are all supported on this board. There are eight plug connectors on the board, ranging from two-position to twelve-position connectors. Three male vertical pin ribbon connectors are included. All of these are arranged in a single line down one of the board's edges. The board has seven relays, each of which is labeled with an M1, M2, or C designator.

  • There are two terminal connectors (E1/E2) on the board, as well as various integrated circuits, transistors, and a heat sink. Metal film resistors blend with carbon composite material resistors. Capacitors can be made of polyester vinyl, ceramic, or a variety of other materials.
  • Mark VI is the fifth generation of General Electric's Speedtronic systems for gas and steam turbine management. This is a cutting-edge technology that features Ethernet communication and a Windows-based Operator Interface. Mark VI systems are available in Simplex or Triple Redundant configurations, allowing them to be used for both small and large applications. CIMPLICITY and the GE Control System Toolbox are two examples of software built for heavy-duty turbine management that are used in the operator interface.
