TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - is200isbah1a

IS200ISBAH1A is an ISBus daughter board developed by GE. It is a part of EX2100 excitation system. It is a replacement board for a PCB that is attached to an Application Control Layer Module (ACLI). Excitation Control System is GE's cutting-edge control solution for new and retrofit steam, gas, or hydro generation. To ensure the delivery of a true system solution, GE's system engineering and controls engineering work closely together to design hardware and software. The EX2100, Mark VI, Mark VI Integrated Control System (ICS), LS2100 Static Starter, and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) are all seamlessly integrated.

PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES

  • This small board includes two ISBus communication channels. The ACLI ports are labeled INSYNC A and INSYNC B. Each of these channels has two status LEDs, one green for online and one yellow for recording. When the ACLI is online and receiving signals from the network, these will glow.
  • The board sits just above the Transition Board, which has a PC/104 and a header port. There are 17 integrated circuits (including two larger processors), a PC/104 port, a Header Port, three stab jumpers, a P1 pin connector, ten capacitors, and thirty resistors. The PCBs are separated by two plastic extenders on the bottom of the board.
  • SYSTEM CABINET

  • The exciter line is delivered in a NEMA 1/IP20 freestanding, indoor-type metal cabinet for floor mounting. The equipment is intended to operate in temperatures ranging from 0C to 40C. A current derating factor may apply at 50C depending on the application.
  • On exterior surfaces, the standard cabinet color is ANSI-70 (light gray). The interior surfaces have been galvanized. The EX2100 regulator systems ship the modules as a parts kit for retrofitting into existing systems.
  • HANDLING PRECAUTIONS

Static-sensitive components may be found on printed wiring boards. As a result, We package all replacement boards in antistatic bags. When handling boards, follow the following guidelines:

  • Keep circuit boards in antistatic bags or boxes.
  • When handling boards or board components, use a grounding strap.
