TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - IS200TTPWG1B

IS200TTPWG1B is a 28V Power Distribution Board developed by General Electric. It is designed for use within the GE Mark VI system. It was also one of the most adaptable, capable of supporting both simplex and triple modular redundancy systems. As a result, the Mark VI was suitable for both small and large turbine systems.

  • When a 120/240-volt source is used, a power converter isolates it with an isolation transformer and rectifies it to 125 volts of direct current. A diode high select circuit selects the highest 125Vdc bus to supply to the Power Distribution Module. For redundancy, a second 120/240vac source can be provided.
  • If either of the AC sources falls below the under-voltage setting, diagnostics generate an Undervoltage alarm. A separate 120/240vac supply is required for ignition transformers with short circuit protection of 20A or less in gas turbine applications.
  • The 125Vdc generated is fuse-isolated in the Mark VI power distribution module and fed to the internal power supplies for the control modules, any expansion modules, and the termination boards for their field contact inputs and field solenoids.
