TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - IS200WPDFH1A

IS200WPDFH1A is a Power Distribution Board developed by GE. It is a part of Mark VIe control system. WPDFH is a TRLYH#F daughterboard that supplies power to the customer's solenoids. It has two power distribution circuits that can be used independently for 125 V dc, 115 V ac, or 24 V dc sources. Each section is made up of six fused branches that power the TRLYH#F terminal board. Each branch has its own voltage monitor across the secondary of its fuse pair. Each of these voltage detectors is fanned out to three independent open-collector drivers, which provide feedback to the R, S, and T I/O processors. The module should not be used in the absence of TRLY. Power is routed through this board to the TRLY terminal board points.

IS200WPDFH1A Features

  • As TRLY lacks power distribution, WPDF is added to provide a standard 125 V dc or 115 V ac source, or an optional 24 V dc source with individual fuses, for field solenoid power.
  • It includes a single fuse on the high side (pin 1 of J1-J4) of each power distribution circuit for alternating current applications where a fuse on the neutral return wire (pin 3 of J1-J4) is not desired.
  • To reduce confusion and mean time-to-repair in troubleshooting this highly interactive board set, the TRLY 1F/WPDF should be treated as the lowest replaceable unit (LRU) and replaced as a set when diagnostic messages indicate that either is involved.
  • If time and conditions allow, the individual failed board can be isolated further using golden boards to match with the individual suspect board.
