IS220PPDAH1B is an I/O pack under Mark VIe . Backplane-free and Ethernet-based Mark VIe distributed control solutions improve system availability and simplify operations and maintenance throughout the lifecycle. An Industrial Internet's basis relies heavily on Ethernet transmission. As a replacement for rack-based control, the Mark VIe system uses this flexible, high-speed, low-cost communications at the lowest level of control system design.
I/O can be distributed or centralized, and primary and safety control can coexist on the same network while staying functionally separate. Furthermore, the primary control may listen to safety inputs without interference, lowering the expense of field instrumentation duplication.
For programming, configuring, trending, and analyzing diagnostics for Mark controls and related systems, the ControlST* Software Suite, which includes the ToolboxST* application software, is used. It offers high-quality, time-coherent data at the controller and plant levels, allowing control system equipment to be managed more effectively.
ControlST makes maintenance easier while preserving a unique collection of approved hardware and software components. ToolboxST allows you to lock or unlock the Mark VIeS Safety controller for configuration and programming of Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF).
