General Electric speedtronic Mark V DS2020DACAG2 Power Conversion Module
The DS2020DACAG2 is a Power Conversion Module that is part of the speedtronic legacy series by General Electric. It is also known as a transformer assembly. This DACA module is capable of converting VAC (voltage alternating current) power to VDC (voltage direct current) power. Whether or not a battery backup is used, this module can work with the primary power source. Additionally, it helps the control system when it loses power by providing some local energy storage, allowing the system to continue running during power interruptions.
However, this module does not have diagnostic capabilities and cannot track its input and output levels. These functions are handled by a separate device within the power distribution system.
Operational Environment:
The DACA module should only be used in areas free from corrosive and combustible materials.
It should be used in environments with temperatures between -30°C and +65°C, and with non-condensing humidity levels between 5-95%.
Mounting and Installation:
The DS2020DACAG2 can be floor-mounted in the drive cabinet using special brackets and bolts.
The module includes four brackets, and securing it with bolts ensures that it is securely mounted.
