TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - IS220PSVOH1B

IS220PSVOH1B is a servo interface I/O pack developed by GE under Mark VIe control systems. This I/O Pack is an electrical interface that connects one or two I/O Ethernet networks to a TSVO servo terminal board. To manage two servo valve position loops, the component employs the WSVO servo driver module. The front faceplate of the PSVO contains various LED indications.

  • Four LEDs display the state of the two Ethernet networks (ENet1/Enet2), as well as a Power and Attn LED and two others called ENA1/2. There is also a single infrared port on the front, which is not used in this pack. After installation, the component is configured with the Control System Toolbox application. The package contains a processing board with input power connectors, local power sources, and an internal temperature sensor. The board also has flash memory and RAM.
  • When the board is replaced, it can be auto-reconfigured. This option can be activated or disabled in the ToolboxST application's Component Editor. If desired, the operator can manually reconfigure the module using the Component Editor. When a terminal board is replaced, the I/O pack must be reconfigured manually. Stroking the actuator in manual mode, position ramping, or step current can be used to test servo performance. Any irregularities in the actuator stroke will be displayed by the trend recorder.
