This integrated panel provides a centralized mounting and wire-termination point for all field thermocouple and RTD probes. It groups sensors by zone, simplifies wiring, and houses cold-junction blocks—all in a single rugged steel enclosure.
Installation
Bolt the mounting group onto the panel backplate using the supplied standoffs. Route all field probe cables into the enclosure, terminate on the cold-junction blocks, and connect distribution jumpers to the analog I/O racks. Ensure ample service clearance around the enclosure for maintenance.
Operation
The distribution frame itself is passive; its role is to maintain clean, well-organized sensor wiring. Periodic inspection ensures cold-junction block integrity and verifies torque on all terminations, preserving measurement accuracy over the turbine’s operating life.
