This daughter board plugs into the main vibration pack to expand relay capacity. It routes trip or warning thresholds to external relays for local shutdown or alert panels. Built-in optical isolation ensures that high-voltage relay circuits do not feed back into the sensing electronics.
Installation
Open the host pack and insert the daughter card onto its mezzanine connector. Re-close the pack and re-wire additional relay contact terminals per the updated I/O mapping. Verify that the daughter board’s status LEDs light during pack self-test.
Operation
In normal use, the host vibration module signals this card when a trip threshold is crossed. The daughter card then latches the corresponding relays until a manual reset is performed, keeping operators aware of each distinct vibration fault.
