TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR GE - IS200TTURH1C

IS200TTURH1C is a GE Mark VI series Turbine Control Terminal Board. This circuit board is made to work with the company's subsequent Speedtronic systems. This applies to both the Mark VI and the Mark VIe systems. Both of these systems, as well as components for previous Speedtronic systems, are in stock and ready to ship at WOC. Since the first iteration became available for industrial gas and steam turbine management in the late 1960s, Speedtronic systems have progressively become more complicated.

  • With a few minor perforations, the IS200TTURH1C is essentially rectangular. The board is used in conjunction with other PCBs such as the PTUR and VTUR boards to control the generator's synchronization. This is generally accomplished through the use of hardware and connections.
  • There are numerous surface-mounted relays on the board. Additionally, the board employs variable resistors and features two transformers at the board's center.
  • D-shell connections (both male and female), plug connectors, and terminal blocks are used to communicate with other board components. Screw-mounted connectors are numbered for reference on the board's two main terminal blocks.
  • The IS200TTURH1C additionally has two jumper switches that can be used to alter the board circuits to allow for simplex or TMR voting.
